Pursuance Capital is looking to hire Lead Backend Developer / Architect with J2EE skills to work on a very exciting and unique project that is focused on developing a digital platform for High Net Worth individuals.The goal of this platform is to create an ecosystem based around High Net Worth Individual and make life easier for High Net Worth Individuals and authorities + people that work with this High Net Worth Individual, such as Financial Services, Lawyers, PA`s, Wealth Managers Preferably we are looking for someone who has 2-5 years of experience and has worked previously in fintech or similar. However, entrepreneurial spirit, Co-founder mentality, highly analytical mind and ability to learn fast are more important to us than years of experience. We are a start-up company and looking for someone with a very strong profile who can help us build a successful product corresponding to the high standards of this demanding demographics. For this position you will be based in Malta or will be willing relocating to Malta.
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Experience with J2EE ( MUST) or Google Go
Fluent English
Degree Educated
Outstanding Education Results ( High Achievers)
OPTIONAL TECHNICAL:
Fintech experience
Microservices vs monolith architecture
Containers (docker etc)
Security
AWS or Google Compute?
Ideas: Prometheus, Zipkin, Kubernetes or Docker
PERSONAL SKILLS:
Entrepreneurial
Co-founder mentality
English language (fluent in both written and oral)
Willing to be relocated to Malta or lives in Malta already
